Barry at Big-O is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! My car has stiff suspension and the ride is similar to a go-cart (but I still love it!). At my husband's suggestion, 4 tires with larger sidewalls were installed. Barry made sure the tires didn't rub the wheel wells. The difference in the ride is amazing! Great job, Barry! I highly recommend Big-O in J-Town.

I purchased 4-shocks plus installation for my truck. They explained to me how the rebate works and even printed off the rebate form for me. Due to this location being extremely busy, they told me up front that they may need to keep my vehicle overnight. But they were able to finish it up and called just before closing so I could get my car the same day!
