I always take my car here. I would never go anywhere else. The sevice is the best. Billie and Shannon have the greatest customer service. They will do whatever they can to help you with your tires or other car needs.

I've been to this Big-O several times and I keep going back. The manager Shannon always makes sure we are taken care of. I needed 4 new tires and called around just for quotes and as always Shannon took great care of us. I got 4 new tires, oil change, and new wipers for less than what the other companies wanted for just tires. I will continue to go back as long as this location remains this amazing!!

Shannon is the absolutely best manager! He always makes sure I'm taken care of in a timely manner and finds me what I need, even when I don't give him much notice. Nice to have a place to go where I can feel like I'm not being taken advantage of and know my car will be safe to drive!

The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. Also, the manager Shannon, is always willing to help me with any tire issues with a affordable cost. He makes sure to educate me on how often to come in and to take care of my tires! That way I get more use out of them longer! He is always negotiable! Very nice and reliable.

I got into my Honda 1st thing on a Monday morning and felt like I had to push the brake pedal almost to the floor.Something wasn't quite right.One auto shop told me my left rear brake line was squirting brake fluid out of a crack or busted line.and suggested I have the car towed to a brake specialty shop.Instead, intuitively, I thought I would call Big O.Shannon took my call and seemed to understand, driving an older Honda, I didn't want to spend more on my repair than the Honda was worth. I drove carefully, and got my car to Big O.I was was greeted with courtesy and efficiency.I also appreciated the fact they would call me and give me an estimate prior to beginning the job. The pricing was reasonable and it was a pleasant surprise when I mentioned I had a "squeaky" belt which the checked out and tightened free of charge.

Always friendly and trustworthy. And affordable. Recommend easily to everyone.

Been there a few times now.Very helpfull with odd tires for my boat trailer.And even with honoring warantee on a truck tire from a different BigO across town.
