Big O always gets our work trucks going. We do all our oil changes and tire services through Big O. We even use them for most of our personal vehicles. Shannon is always a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond in customer service.

I had been the Lexus dealer in town for A slow leak in one of my tires. They said that the tire couldn't be repaired and that the others were worn and that I should buy 4 new ones. Shannon was able to repair the tire and educated me about the current wear on the other tires. I still had good tires and didn't need to replace them. They were honest, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Used Big O Store as a place to help build up credit for my oldest son. Service was awesome as usual every time I go into their store on Talorsville Road in Louisville, Ky. Anytime i need tires, or anything else related to my vehicle of one of my sons vehicles. I always know i'll get great service and in and out the door in a timely manner. Employee's and everyone else i encountered seemed to give 100% of themselves in helping me attain what I came into their store for.

I am visiting from out of town. Needed to have my truck serviced before returning home. My daughter and son in law recommended Big O. From setting up the appointment to having the work done it was extremely easy and I couldn't have asked for a better price for the service.

As a female I have often been made to feel inadequate at car repair places. However, every time I have gone to Big O Tires on Taylorsville Road in Louisville, KY I have been treated with respect and dignity. I informed the guys working there today that I was going to be driving to Nashville, TN by myself and everyone there made me feel confident that they checked everything on my car to assure a safe trip. They were fantastic!
