Big O Tires

I needed an oil change and went in and Shannon (GM) got my car in and I was out in 35 minutes. They were very courteous,friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my experience and will return.

I had a tire that was leaking air so I took a chance and drove in to the Big O on Taylorsville Rd. where we had purchased tires previously. I did not have an appointment but within an hour I was on my way with a repaired tire. Shannon, as usual, was very professional and helpful. I love doing business with this store and would highly recommend it to others.

Called about an hour before they were closing to get my tired patched after I ran over a nail. Shannon told me to come on in and they’d get it fixed in no time. It was quick and they even put my donut into its compartment for me. Wonderful staff and service.
