Big O Tires

I stopped by on my out of town to have my tires checked. They got me in, plugged my tire

I’ve been a Big-O customer since the 1970s. Been away for a while. The staff was so nice and efficient to plug my tire and get us safely back on the road to Nashville. I’ll drive the 3 hours next time I need new tires! Just the best!

Friendly staff very helpful

Came in for set of tires. Had the brand and size in stock plus rebates too. Service was quick and as I waited was kept company by Stewart the Cat who along with them working the counter has great customer service attitude. Highly recommend.

Rachel and the whole crew have always been great. I have been going to this Big O for years. In 2022 I lost my husband ever since then this crew has went out of its way to be helpful. Any time I have questions they are available. They make sure my car is at its best. They have even offered me rides to where I need to go while they have my vehicle. I cannot say enough about Rachel, Jordon and the crew. They are the best!

When in with a few problems, all the problems were taking care of got it dropped off and picked up. Everybody took great care of me. My technician, Adam did a fabulous job. The staff at the counter were prompt and courteous. Would Harley recommend the store to other people?
