I’ve been a Big-O customer since the 1970s. Been away for a while. The staff was so nice and efficient to plug my tire and get us safely back on the road to Nashville. I’ll drive the 3 hours next time I need new tires! Just the best!

Number 3 was not answered because a number of employees were out sick and not from a lack of service. The service I received was excellent and will certainly continue my store loyalty. You could have made more money off of me by selling me a new battery, but instead took the time to check it thoroughly and found it to be O.K. That is integrity and greatly appreciated.

Rachel and the whole crew have always been great. I have been going to this Big O for years. In 2022 I lost my husband ever since then this crew has went out of its way to be helpful. Any time I have questions they are available. They make sure my car is at its best. They have even offered me rides to where I need to go while they have my vehicle. I cannot say enough about Rachel, Jordon and the crew. They are the best!

All of the employees were very professional and courteous. The pricing of my tires were excellent. My waiting was very reasonable and they kept me informed of what my car needed and did not need. We will continue to come back to Big O for all of our automotive needs. Thank you all.
