I have been a customer at this location for nearly 12 years? Lynne, Scotty and now Katie have always been great. Katie is doing fabulous as a new Service Mgr.

I set an appointment but arrived 30 minutes early as my schedule cleared up quicker than expected. They were able to fit me in almost immediately and have me on my way in a short time. The work was well done and the people are very courteous and helpful.

I've known Lynn for many years and have always been impressed with the service and staff at the Federal Way location. My family has taken our vehicles here for all manner of services and have not been disappointed, and if they can't take care of it, they can recommend someone who can - someone they trust.

I'm always pleased with this Federal Way Midas. The staff are knowledgeable friendly get it done quick and charge a fair price.

Lynn is always clear, open, friendly and no pressure. The new mechanic, a young woman, was STELLAR! Sorry I don't remember her name! So communicative, explained everything, multiple check-ins throughout the appt explaining options and asking what I wanted. Even as small as giving me a wheel cap to take a pic so I could find a replacement! Extra thoughtful. I drive out of my way to come to this Midas and its better every time. 10 gold stars!

I will always bring my car into this Midas. They have very friendly customer service. They know what their doing. Even the mechanics are fantastic.
