Clear communication of services, pricing and estimated labor time. Everyone at this shop is very friendly and professional. When I came in the first time they actually took the time to inspect my car bumper to bumper to figure out what was wrong with it. Unlike a lot of other shops that were just going to throw parts at it and say it was fixed. They kept me in the loop with the whole process. After all said and done they even let me know that my car has a sealed transmission that should probably be serviced if it hasn’t been yet. I will definitely be bringing all my cars here. Thank you, Lynn, Kate, Robby, and Scott. And anyone else who has worked on my car I appreciate your due diligence and compassionate but professional customer service.
