I called for an appointment late Thursday afternoon, and was told that I should have my vehicle towed to the shop on Friday morning, and that they would try to get to it on Friday, but if not, then Monday for sure. The tow truck got to my house at 9:30. I then received a call late morning or early afternoon, that my fuel pump was bad, and was told that they had a fuel pump in stock, and was given the total price for the repair. I then received a call mid-afternoon that the car was ready. So, the whole repair request was completed in less than 24 hours.

I was having some trouble with my brakes. Midas checked the brakes, found nothing wrong, and explained the situation to me. Then, they didn't charge me for the inspection. I appreciate that!

I was surprised to know that this shop can do just about any & all vehicle repairs and not just exhaust & brakes. Been in twice and both repairs were done for a fair price.

The complete honesty!! When asking if I needed a muffler they checked mine out and said it was good to go and the real problem was my exhaust manifold. In other words they didn’t try to sell me the kitchen sink but they did give me the honest explanation of what I needed

They were friendly and confident about the work that needed to be done. Two other shops looked at my jeep and both quoted the work for over $800, and claimed the issue was my distributor. At Midas they discovered the issue was sparkplugs, and the maintenance to get my vehicle running again cost almost $500 less than what the previous two shops quoted. They also completed the work within 24 hours of me giving them the go ahead. I was really impressed, and I'll be returning to this Midas for all my future work.

At this Midas facility, I had scheduled a transmission, transfer case and differential fluid replacement service on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD. The day before my scheduled maintenance, my radiator cracked and needed replaced. This Midas facility, replaced all the fluids and replaced my radiator.
