Good store

Bought 2011 car new and only bring to Big O for tires and service. They always stand behind their work and warranties. Always nice to work with.

The employee's were extremely friendly and knowledgeable when helping me pick out the tires I needed.

Attendant was extremely friendly and offered an alternative to the tire that we had originally ordered. Additionally, we were still able to get the purchase incentive we were initially shopping for.

I have really appreciated the service. You guys always go above and beyond for me!

Matthew and his guys did a great job at handling a little problem for me quickly and easily. He also clearly displayed the desire to satisfy a customer on a little issue in order to preserve and strengthen the future business. I have been here before and certainly will again. Good work, Matthew.

Mike at this location was very patient with me. I needed and oil change and had a lot of stupid questions, and he answered every one. It's hard to find a mechanic where you don't feel talked down to as a woman. Impressed.

The problem with having no heat was quickly determined and the parts came in the very next day. I waited for my cars repair. The store was very clean and covid covid compliant standards. I watched and listened as Bryon managed the shop, phone and customers with ease and treated all customers with respect even if the customer was not respectful in return.

I called to get tires was able to get appt next day person that I dealt with was very professional and helpful thanks again

The associate needs to be more trained on what tires are on sale and what sale goes with what tires.
