Big O Tires

Bought 2011 car new and only bring to Big O for tires and service. They always stand behind their work and warranties. Always nice to work with.

The new manager at this location was amazing. She was nice and friendly. She was knowledgeable about cars and the servicing of cars. I feel she did everything in her power to make sure I had a pleasurable experience. She succeeded. This manager is a true asset for your company.

Reasonably priced and extremely quick service.

Kalyn and Corbie were extremely customer driven, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me make the best decisions on my tire purchase and made sure I was going to be a repeat customer in their service.. Very good experience here! Every one there was very helpful and polite. I just had 4 new tires put on my truck yesterday. They did a great job!

The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful and very communicative about anything they did to the car or any problems they experienced. They always let me know my car‘s condition or if there are any issues in a timely manner. Also, although they were extremely short staffed today, these employees have my cars tire completed and ready for me within 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

The young lady that I talked to on the phone to schedule my tire rotation and balance was spot on on amount and the time the vehicle would be completed.

The tire rotation was good, CSR was not aware how to rotate tires on a dually pickup. Also needed an oil change and the quote I was given of $217 was outrageous when an oil change if I were to do it myself is $74.

While waiting for our vehicle to be completed, the desk clerk was especially friendly and helpful and accommodating. She offered my 4 year old daughter and i a donut, and brought her out a box of crayons and coloring paper to the table we were sitting and waiting at. This especially made our visit and wait enjoyable and special. That type of friendliness makes all the difference.

They continue to earn my repeat business.

Kalyn Petzold was so helpful and pleasant to work with. I hope she stays at this location.
