The service was quick and the products that the store has are good quality and priced right.

I made an appointment, but called to say I would be a few minutes late. That was no problem for the scheduler. I was called later and given the price of the brake repair and oil change. When I picked up my car, the price was exactly what I was quoted.

Love this location. Can get service done on my lunch break. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is clean and products displayed nicely.

They put the tires on very fast and was able to run codes on my carat the same time

I originally purchased my tires at the store on 153rd. Since then I’ve managed to pick up two screws that have resulted in two flat tires. Both times I’ve taken the tire up to the 153rd store for repair. I would like to add that both times I arrived at the store within 10-15 minutes of closing time. The same person helped me both times, but I never got his name. I think he’s a supervisor of some type. Even though the store was about to close, he went out of his way to fix my tire...both times. Never batted an eye, wouldn’t accept payment, not even a tip. I tried to pay but he said “it’s no problem”. Because of these two experiences, I will NEVER go anywhere else for tires or repairs. I’m very grateful for the man that helped me each time. He’s a fantastic employee and a great ambassador for your brand. The last visit was Thursday, March 11th right before closing time. He’s single handedly earned you a loyal customer for life. I hope he will get the recognition he deserves.

I was greeted as I walked into the door. I was also given updates on what they were doing and about how long it would be until my car was finished.

Tom was awesome!! This guys goes above and beyond each time I come in to have service done on my truck!!

The customer service was just the best. I came to get a quote for some work I will be getting done in the future. When I got back in my car they had refilled my washer fluid and corrected my tire pressure which was over and above.

Very friendly service. Easily able to explain the process and what needed to be done to complete the service to my vehicle. Phone call was received when the work was completed in a timely manor.

Came in for an alignment, everyone was very helpful. Tom made sure me and my baby were comfortable as there was a long wait. I appreciate the extra effort.
