I was able to schedule a same day appointment for my oil change. I was quickly greeted and checked in for the service. I dropped the vehicle off to pick up later but they started the service before I even left the store, which was great! They called when it was finished and ‘checkout’ was fast and easy!

Great team and excellent service. Be sure to sign up for their emails, you'll get a lot of discount coupons that can save you a lot of $$$.

Brian is always very informative and service minded. Explains clearing what you need and what was done.

Great group of guys made it a great experience. I like taking on my own projects but since I was having tires put on painted wheels I decided to let someone else do it. They filled me in on all the issues and brought me back to ask my opinion. Felt more like joining a team then just paying someone to do my work. Never tried to up sell me and never talked to me like I was an idiot.

Took a flat tire in for repair on 8/24/2019. Derek was assigned to do the repair. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, fast and thorough in doing the repair, balancing the tire , replacing the spare and placing the spare appropriately back on the car. Very pleased with this Bog O Location

Big O Tires in Olathe is reliable, trustworthy and extremely budget-friendly. Their oil change specials can't be beat, especially with a free tire rotation. They always offer the best service to keep my car running smoothly. I am a customer for life for oil changes, and have already utilized their services for replacement tires, alignment and brake service.

Your staff rocks at this location. Every time I go in, your team has been professional as well as quick on servicing our vehicles.changed my oil this MONDAY The only suggestion for improvement I'd offer is to extend your senior discount (10%). I found out that it's only on Sundays when you changed my oil this MONDAY :-( Other than that, like I said before, you guys rock. Take care and I'm glad you came to Olathe. Walked needed some tires put as well as break pads. Brian was great and informed of all pricing. Let me know I use some new rotors as well. When finished and ready to check out I noticed the oil change decals on the counter asked if would be to much trouble to get that done as well. Brian said no problem got the truck back in the shop 10 min later I was done.
