I am usually satisfied with my service at big o tires. I am a long standing customer and wouldn’t be if I didn’t get good service.

Big-O-Tires have become a full service garage, which is a plus. It is nice to have a tire company be able to do more than just put on new tires, balance and rotate them. Alignments, struts, shocks, and full mechanic access makes it a one-stop shop for automobile maintenance. I like the concept.

The team at this location was very helpful and fast

I can't think of anything negative to say about my experience. I wasn't pressured to buy something that wasn't needed but they pointed things out that will need to be address by the time I need my next oil change.

This team’s customer service was outstanding. Got a flat up the street and they got me fixed up quickly. Even allowed me a space to start my work!! Great experience with a great team!!

They did a great job of diagnostics to find the problem. They luckily had enough time to figure it out to fix the problem.
