Big O Tires

I've had nothing but great customer service here. A special thank you to Tom for working me in on a Sunday morning.

All work explained and done on time. Only question I have is if I put it on my Big O tires card, when will I receive a bill?

The problem I had with the oil change service was staffing related. The phone was being answered by the oil change tech, and that was disruptive and made it take longer. I understand staffing is a problem many places and I do understand.

The service by Stephanie was a true pleasure, Tim and the other guys were great as well, the service was quick, fair and reliable- I was provided important service follow up info, and continue as a loyal customer for these reasons!

Great price on fully synthetic oil.change and rotation. Reservation made and service was completed within an hour. Including rotation I would say that was awesome!

I took my car in for an oil change, Mike the manager I think his name was friendly and professional! He addressed my concerns about my tire wear and throughly accessed the issue at hand. After my oil change, my car was leaking oil and I took it back next day with priority service. I will definitely make this my go to location to service my car!!!
