Big O Tires

Good Morning! The only issue I had which I did try calling back and I know why I was there they were having some phone issues. I had an oil change and alignment special. I didn't get my oil change reminder set back and didnt get a new sticker to remind me when I received my oil change. I do like this location better than 119th street even though it is closer for me. they are very polite and accommodating. I know when I have an extra minute and I run by the location they will fix my oil change reminder and give me a new sticker. please give them kudos for a job well done!!!

The technician that helped me, Walter, was incredibly professional and helpful from check in to service to check out. He is an incredible asset to your business.

Car drove great-- better than ever!

I gave a 2 on store cleanliness, because the bathrooms were not cleaned before the store was opened (or closed the night before), and the trash behind the customer counter had not been emptied.

The staff were very professional and friendly and explain things very well to me. I have always enjoyed coming to this location!

Manager was very customer oriented, had been a mechanic previously and was extremely helpful and instructive.

My brakes had became very bad in a short period of time and I needed them fixed within the next couple of days. This was the 22nd of December and I could not find anyone that could fix it until the 24th or the 28th and it needed to be done soon it was metal on metal. When I called this big O they told me to come in now they would look at it and see if they could get it done today and if not they could get me in on the 23rd and definitely get it done then if not today. They were not able to get me in that day (22nd) but they did schedule me for the 23rd at 10am. I arrived around 9:45am and my technician was there by 10am got right to work on my car and was done by 12:30p which left me a good amount of my day to still get things done. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely be back for service in the future.

I had always had problems with NTB. I decided to give this Big O a chance since they were able to get me in at the time I wanted. When I walked in and saw that nothing had changed other than the name, I was skeptical. It turned out to be one of the best auto service experiences I've had. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful. Another employee offered me coffee from his personal stash. The place is no frills, but they got the job done without issue. That's more than NTB could ever do!

Blaine, the manager, was more than accommodating for me. He worked me in and stayed later to evaluate my tire that kept loosing air. He found the problem instantly, and offered to take care of the problem which was to replace the tire due to having a nail stuck in it. He was the only one working the entire store, and the fact that he stayed to help me without an appointment, nearly close to close, was absolutely amazing. Im very grateful for his help, especially during this pandemic & being so short staffed. He deserves a raise, and a medal for sure. Thankyou again Blaine! I’ll definitely be back for future tire purchases.

Quick oil change needed on my lunch hour, Tom got me in and out promptly..

The manager was good and worked by himself on my truck for change oil. He was doing good.

Cory was excellent. Explained tire options and called when work was complete. Ahead of schedule!

Even though the tech was extremely busy, he was nice and was able to get our car in to have oil change. He could have just said he didn’t have time. But he took care of our car anyway. He deserves a raise and an award for customer service.
