My alignment doesn’t feel 100% accurate. It is still pulling to drivers side slightly with 4 brand new tires on it. They are willing to relook at it again tomorrow to make sure everything is on the up and up. Staff is very friendly and quick to answer questions.

I appreciate getting the work done with out hassles and upsells.

There was confusion as to the acceptance of my requested appointment. This issue was an issue of communication. I believe this to be more my problem than that of the store. I arrived thinking I had an appointment when I actually did not have an appointment. I received an acknowledgement concerning my REQUEST for the appointment, but not an ACCEPTANCE of the appointment. The store personnel were polite and accommodating. Perhaps a different design or wording on your appointment communications would help me in the future.

Pete was amazing check us in and got me in and out. Everyone that works at the shop does there best to get the service done fast.

I called at 557pm and without knowing the store closed at 6pm. Tech happily checked for stock, had one and took care of installation. Car was done around 645pm, 45 min after they closed. It was something I haven't seen in years...they stayed without attitude, without even mentioning it. I was so thankful for that service. I have no idea if the price for a battery was a good deal or not, but it didn't matter to me. I'm now a customer for life. Still am in shock they cared enough to do this.

Daniel was a tremendous help. He really explained what happened to my tire and was extremely courteous throughout the whole process. I was thrilled with him and will come back for my next service here because of Daniel.
