I was so glad to find a place that honored my warranty on work I had done at a Wichita Big O. Above and beyond, they helped my kids to some free refreshments as they changed the vending machine. I am very thankful!

Daniel was the only one running the front counter and working in the shop. He got to me in a timely manner and was super friendly.

I was very pleased with the service and work at Big O Tires. We are new to the area, and I have taken my car a couple of places for oil changes. I was either overcharged, or the service was poor. Big O Tires had great service AND a great price!

Service was excellent. Tire repairman showed me the location and nails that were pulled from both tires. Then took time to look at purchase history and noticed I had tire protection that would help save me money! Saved $240 because of service and effort!

I think it would be weird being greeted to my car. I was at the olathe big o tires to get my oil changed and showed up half an hr early because I was in town getting my braces tighten. They had my car in the garage up in ready and it didn't take long at all. I talked with a 73yr old guy while I was there about the days when people weren't so damn sensitive and how parents would whoop our bottoms when we were kids

The district manager was working in the store to help cover a personnel shortage, and he made good on a service item that was supposed to be included but was not put on the estimate.

Everytime I need tires I always go to this location. Good prices, fast service and the service after the sale is even better. I had a slow leak due to a nail and took it in fully expecting to pay for the fix. Nope, no charge! I have even taken them loose wheels amd tires and they have mounted them for no charge as well even though they were not purchased at their store. I was told they did it because I buy all my truck tires there. Awesome place of business and knowledgeable employees.
