Big O Tires

I arrived at 8:15 as a walk in customer and was told they would be able to get me in right away. I have a fleet vehicle for work and had to have my service approved, I knew this and advised your staff. It took about 30 minutes for that approval to happen. I will not be returning and advising people not to give you business because of the length of time it took your staff to get my vehicle in the air and perform a pretty simple service and replacing 4 tires. Your employees appeared to be lethargic and have no motivation to work.

Manager was very customer oriented, had been a mechanic previously and was extremely helpful and instructive.

I brought my jeep wrangler in for my free tire rotation and balance. They decided that my rear tires had less tread depth then the front and did NOT rotate the tires (they did balance them). On a Jeep (and many other 4 wheel drive vehicles) the front tires will cup and the rear drive tires will wear down quicker, especially on gravel roads. That is the entire reason I brought my Jeep in to rotate the tires. I appreciate that the store thought they were doing the right thing, but I was only a quick phone call away as I knew EXACTLY what condition the tires were in and what service I wanted. Know I will have to rotate my tires myself even though I I specifically bought tires at your store for this service.

I had always had problems with NTB. I decided to give this Big O a chance since they were able to get me in at the time I wanted. When I walked in and saw that nothing had changed other than the name, I was skeptical. It turned out to be one of the best auto service experiences I've had. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful. Another employee offered me coffee from his personal stash. The place is no frills, but they got the job done without issue. That's more than NTB could ever do!

We stopped in to ask about 4 new tires . we was given a price of 800 it was actually cheaper to replace them 1 at a time @ a 191 each and it took them 1.5 hrs to do it I was a repeat customer and now I will never return

The service by Stephanie was a true pleasure, Tim and the other guys were great as well, the service was quick, fair and reliable- I was provided important service follow up info, and continue as a loyal customer for these reasons!

Your people were very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on returning and will mention to my friends and family as well.

Took tucsan in to have work done on the front end parts are grinding and no grease in the zerts took car back and told mechanic wouldn't be back til Tuesday so we are down a car my wife does in home health care so without a vehicle. Kinda hard to work

Great price on fully synthetic oil.change and rotation. Reservation made and service was completed within an hour. Including rotation I would say that was awesome!

Read the yelp review for the 153rd Street Olathe location. I doubt you will use it in your advertising or promotions. We were treated horribly .....

Service is always friendly and honest. Update calls on the progress of my repairs were appreciated.

I bought a set of tires with $25 mail in rebate. When i asked how i can claim the rebate he said, i have no idea how you get it, I've never heard of that deal. The only deal i know of is the $50 rebate. He didn't even try to find out until again i had to keep asking.I had to push him to get an answer and i said that you have to know it's your company that's offering this deal. After three attemps of asking him and stating that you need to find out how i can claim my rebate, he took a picture of my scheduled service via my email and said that he'd call me. He never called. Not good service.

Cory was excellent. Explained tire options and called when work was complete. Ahead of schedule!

I visited for a simple oil change and tire rotation on May 19. The did not see the tire rotation completed so I asked the person attending the desk if it had. She assured me that it had. I asked the tech if he completed the tire rotation and said that he had. I asked him if he was sure. He said that he was. I then informed him that I had marked a tire before coming in and that the tire was in the same position that it was in when I arrived. He hung his head and held out his hand for my keys. I watched as he completed the tire rotation. They also said my serpentine belt needed replaced. My belt is perfectly fine. No apologies or explanations were given. They acted like they just wanted to get me out of there because they had been caught lying to me. Needless to say, although I have purchased many tires and services from Big O and their predecessor, I doubt if I will be returning.

I tried to use my big o credit card wad told I had not made any payments on card. I explained card never been used I ask to check wad told we have other customers that waiting I called the bank guess what card has a zero balance on it. I was upset and embrassed at your guys mistaken

Took new factory take off wheels and tires in to have switched around. They were supposed to leave one set dismounted but mounted them and put them on the vehicle instead of the correct set. Also broke all the tpms and claimed 2 were broken before they dismounted, which would mean the factory installed broken ones and they were silently rolling around inside before I took them in. I will pay to have a local dealer rotate these tires instead of go back to any Big O store again.

They did a great job of diagnostics to find the problem. They luckily had enough time to figure it out to fix the problem.
