I had a 12:45 appointment for an oil change, I got there at 12:20 at 2:20 my service was finally done. That's a 2 hour wait for a 30 minute service. And they knew I was in the store waiting on my car. Absolutely no updates on what was taking so long.

I wanted to get an alignment but they didn't have the wrench to do it. I paid for the service and was sent to another Big O Tires to get the work done. Once I got to the 119th location they showed me that an alignment wouldn't do me any good since I needed front end work done. I had to drive back to the south location for my refund. I asked for a free oil change for my inconvenience and I'm waiting to hear back. I've had good luck in the past with that location but I think now I'll keep it to basic oil change and service if I go back.

Was not happy this time. Person at the desk was not very helpful. told him wanted other things done then just the oil change and he rang up just the oil change. He had to re-do the sales with the other request. he was not friendly at all. Wish the girl and the other guy that was always there before was there. will not go back to this location if I don't see an improvement.

There was confusion as to the acceptance of my requested appointment. This issue was an issue of communication. I believe this to be more my problem than that of the store. I arrived thinking I had an appointment when I actually did not have an appointment. I received an acknowledgement concerning my REQUEST for the appointment, but not an ACCEPTANCE of the appointment. The store personnel were polite and accommodating. Perhaps a different design or wording on your appointment communications would help me in the future.

My car has been here twice. Both times I've had to return because the tire pressure wasn't correct. Very disappointing. All I got was an apology....Nothing for my time and their lack of ability to air up tires correctly.

Everything was fine till the end, they had rolled down my passenger side window when it came off the track and wouldn't roll back up. So instead of taking off my door panel and putting it back on the track they got it up and just put 3 cardboard pieces in it to keep the window up. I'm done going there

I called at 557pm and without knowing the store closed at 6pm. Tech happily checked for stock, had one and took care of installation. Car was done around 645pm, 45 min after they closed. It was something I haven't seen in years...they stayed without attitude, without even mentioning it. I was so thankful for that service. I have no idea if the price for a battery was a good deal or not, but it didn't matter to me. I'm now a customer for life. Still am in shock they cared enough to do this.

Your email addressed me as Darren but my name is Devin. The reason I went into Big O was because of your buy 3 get 1 free sale. I made the appointment about 24 hours before coming in. I told the person what car I had but when I arrived for my appointment they magically didn't have my size of tire included in the sale. The reason I went to your store was for the sale but was unable to use the sale. If I wasn't under a time crunch I would have left the store. I don't plan to return to a Big O store again.

Good Morning! The only issue I had which I did try calling back and I know why I was there they were having some phone issues. I had an oil change and alignment special. I didn't get my oil change reminder set back and didnt get a new sticker to remind me when I received my oil change. I do like this location better than 119th street even though it is closer for me. they are very polite and accommodating. I know when I have an extra minute and I run by the location they will fix my oil change reminder and give me a new sticker. please give them kudos for a job well done!!!

For starters the tire I picked out on the website was not in stock and would have had to come in from California. I then chose a different slightly higher priced one and brought the loose wheel in. I did not want lifetime balance or road hazard or any other services. when I picked up the $100 tire total was $147 non negotiable. I then went next door to discount tire and bought a better brand higher mileage rating for $100 and mounted balanced out the door was $110. I have been a Big O customer for a while but will not be back. Brent Hoffman 913-481-4055

I had a situation a couple months ago where they sent me to another shop to finish the work but when I got to that shop they couldn't do the work on my vehicle because this shop never checked my front end. I waited 3 hours and I had an appointment. I was promised a free oil change for my inconvenience but when I went in this time that person was no longer working there and I had to pay. Plus I waited over 2 hours again just for an oil change. I was not offered a discount or anything. So 2 times in a row that I've been disrespected by this same Big O Tires and I will never go back. I reccomend if anyone likes to do business with Big O Tires go to another location. By the way, I had an appointment both times and still had to wait.

I gave a 2 on store cleanliness, because the bathrooms were not cleaned before the store was opened (or closed the night before), and the trash behind the customer counter had not been emptied.
