Big O Tires

Pretty good. Wish they explained their labor cost first.

I was very pleased with the service and work at Big O Tires. We are new to the area, and I have taken my car a couple of places for oil changes. I was either overcharged, or the service was poor. Big O Tires had great service AND a great price!

I think they tightened the bolts this time! this is the rating of the last visit. one big o didn't tighten the right side steering knuckle and the time before this it was the left steering knuckle. the steering knuckle is important as it contains the front wheel, its bearings, the hub, and the brakes! they did not seem to be surprised either time I bought it back...

MiKaela takes very good care of me. We have 4 cars and she does a great job helping us with our maintenance needs.

I made an online appointment. Upon arrival my appointment was nowhere to be found. The employee was less then eager to get me in but did. Took them over 2 hours. Employee needs customer service training. Wasn't happy when I offered up my coupon to save myself $20.00.

I think it would be weird being greeted to my car. I was at the olathe big o tires to get my oil changed and showed up half an hr early because I was in town getting my braces tighten. They had my car in the garage up in ready and it didn't take long at all. I talked with a 73yr old guy while I was there about the days when people weren't so damn sensitive and how parents would whoop our bottoms when we were kids

After suggesting I replace the cabin filter, which I agreed to do, they didn't inform me this was not a part they had in the store. Waited 45 extra minute for a small part I would have declined had I known it was not part of store inventory. Rep never told me they were waiting on a part until I asked

Everytime I need tires I always go to this location. Good prices, fast service and the service after the sale is even better. I had a slow leak due to a nail and took it in fully expecting to pay for the fix. Nope, no charge! I have even taken them loose wheels amd tires and they have mounted them for no charge as well even though they were not purchased at their store. I was told they did it because I buy all my truck tires there. Awesome place of business and knowledgeable employees.

service, products and people are great.. my only complaint is pricing discrepancy between online and store charge. i booked online and received confirmation of appointment and cost for tires. online price for installation was 67.96 store charge was 99.96. did not see difference till out of store. called store and asked for credit was told online pricing not always accurate. no credit offered.if you want customers to order online to reduce the burden on in store employees to improve store operations then get the website figured out. no customer has a good experience when they are charged more for a product or service than the published priced they expected to be charged. a simple apology and credit would of been the correct way to handle it.

Had tires rotated and informed them 2 x that the sensors would need to be reset due to the recommended inflation on the front and rear are different. After getting home the check tires light has come on and it's apparent they did not do the reset as required. Time to get the owners manual out and do it myself...

Slow leak, put in a new stem at no cost.

Not very professional. The lady was arguing with the tech when I was checking in. She made a comment about how he was not doing things right and he was failing her test on checking things accurately. This made me want to leave right then. There were two guys that seemed like they really cared and were professional. One was a really tall guy and one had a long beard. The guy with the beard tried to get the lady and kid to quit bickering while I was checking in and get them back to work. The really tall guy was excellent at the check out process. He really tried hard to give good customer service. I think this shop may need new management. Sadly I won't be back.

Both the front counter employee and service tech were very pleasant to talk to and deal with.

Took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation that was a scheduled appointment, the only oil filter they had for my vehicle was damaged and they had to order one from a parts store
