Big O Tires

Good service but did not stock my common oil filter for the oil change. Added to the time of the oil change to get one delivered. If Big O Tires is going to do oil changes, then need to stock filters to reduce time of service.

They were friendly, helpful with explaining and took care of the problem quickly.

The tire rotation was good, CSR was not aware how to rotate tires on a dually pickup. Also needed an oil change and the quote I was given of $217 was outrageous when an oil change if I were to do it myself is $74.

Stephanie was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. It was nice and refreshing seeing a female working in this area of retail.

The only issue I ever have is the cleanliness of my vehicle after service. Whether is an oil change or major work done ($998 for new tire and PS pump) there is oil on the steering wheel, door handle, an carpet.

I was so glad to find a place that honored my warranty on work I had done at a Wichita Big O. Above and beyond, they helped my kids to some free refreshments as they changed the vending machine. I am very thankful!

Cody was a great sales representative! He was as attentive as possible in a busy shop. Explained my car's service and what needed to be done very well. Also shared information on things that I might want to be aware of. Went above and beyond in this regard. The four rating overall was given due to the bathroom being dirty, and the lounge area not being properly stocked. E.g. coffee machine had cold coffee. Trouble using money in the vending machine. Overall, I would recommend this shop and will return myself. Give Cody a pat on the back for a job well done!
