Big O Tires

First off they turned our trip to Minneapolis from a disaster to something we could manage. They expedited our wheel and tire repair so I could make my conference on time. However, after fixing the wheel it wasn't balanced so that back wheel vibrates badly between 55-65 mph. Otherwise, great service, especially after the bad experiences I had at two prior shops.

Very easy and smooth transaction. Tech advised what recommendations they had and the servicing took no time at all. Will definitely be coming back for my next service.

It would have been nice if they had reset the change oil notification in my car or at least put a sticker in the window with when to come back. The sticker can be a nice reminder to be proactive. Also, when I declined a receipt I didn't realize I was declining any documentation or services rendered. I like to keep those as a service record for my vehicles.

I was worked in to their busy schedule without an appt due to an unexpected flat tire. Brian was very polite, courteous & efficient. I was less than an hour late to work.

I did not have a great experience at the Blackbob store in Olathe, but received excellent customer service and quick service on my car at the south olathe location. I plan to only visit the south olathe store from now on.

I had a 9 am appointment for tire rotate and balance and was out within 30 minutes.

I think the shop is great for the most part. I just think you're hours though the week days are bad for the working person that wants to get oil or tire work done after work. Should be open until 8p.m. at least once or twice a week.

Would have liked if they would have checked the air in my tires cause after I left my light come on say I had a low tire presure

The initial experience was great. I did hear from my daughter that upon returning to pick up the vehicle the associate she dealt with was not very friendly. I was sorry to hear that. Both of my visits the associates have been very helpful.

After 3 visits for a tire issue, the staff finally assessed the situation with detail and found that my tire was not repairable. I had purchased the tire at the location last year and the tire was replaced, no hassle or questions asked. Thank you!

Very good experience here! Every one there was very helpful and polite. I just had 4 new tires put on my truck yesterday. They did a great job!
