I came in for a tire check. And I had asked to have the other tires checked as well. After the tires were checked, I was notified that the shocks were old and causing wear on the tires. I was glad that I was notified of a problem, and agreed to have the shocks replaced.

A little long wait for an oil change, but since it was Saturday, it was halfway expected.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Although I didn't have an appointment they got me in and out pretty quick. I will use this location in the future.

Had car serviced for an oil change and obtained a quote for drive belt replacement and fuel pump replacement. The quote was not honored due to labor hours being half of what they were supposed to and my bill went up from $1400 to $1900. I also didn't get the $50 discount from email coupon for service over $199.

Found tires I liked that fit my budget.

Oil change took longer than usual. Only one other vehicle in service bays. Free alignment check didn't happen . Told that others had been using the equipment. My worst experience in all the years of patronizing NTB/Big O

They called me with the estimated cost shortly after I dropped the car off. They had the estimated cost broke down by repair so I could defer some of the repairs if I wanted to. They also worked past their closing time to complete my car and get it to see the someday as promised.

The front staff were knowledgable and offered recommended services according to the inspection without being pushy

My oil change took longer than I expected, but the stuff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond! My only other complaint was that my oil life wasn't reset after the oil change and i don't think my tire pressure sensor was reset either when the tires were rotated.
