Big O Tires

This is the only place I go for car repairs!

Brian and his crew responded to my request for service, made the repair and got me back on the road

I have 5 cars and we get most of our Maintenance done at the store. They have always treated me fairly.

I had a leaky tire and they took me in right away. Even though no leak was found they remounted the tire and sealed it. I had them rotate the tires at the same time.

The one at 151st & 169 is fine... the one at 151st & 69 is NOT FINE. They didn't tighten important bolts.

Big O exceeded my expectations. I did not like them at all when they were NTB. Joe was a big help.

My brakes were going out and sounded awful. I scheduled an appointment for 4, but called at 3 and asked if they could get me in early and they told me to come on in. They replaced rotors and brake pads and did an oil change in 1.5 hours. They gave me an estimate within 5-10 minutes of being there so I could know the damage up front. This is the only place I go because the guys here are great. Super friendly and don’t try to oversell me unnecessary stuff.

Great service will continue to go to big o tires for services and future check ups.

First, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. When arriving, the associates were very polite and informed me of my service options, with pricing levels. I had an alignment issue and the associate informed me of the issue and cost to make the repairs. Overall, an excellent experience!
