Big O Tires

I had tires put on rims for a project truck that I am restoring. The Manager Tom was outstanding in offering me advice on tires. Process was done quickly. Only reason I was not met outside is that due to parking I parked in adjoining lot. Everyone I interacted there was excellent to deal with. I always feel like I am taken care of when I go there.

The Big O Tire Staff were super accommodating and went out of their way to fit my car in for an otherwise unplanned battery change. They had the needed battery in stock, charged and ready to go within about 20 minutes. I am happy they could help me so quickly.

I have called a few times about various items over the last few months. Always talk to Matt, he has the best phone customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. He helped me when I was at Big O and he is truly your best asset. I talked to the mechanic a few days earlier about a battery, and he too was very helpful, honest and looking out for me not just looking for a dollar. Great experience, whichvhas not been my experience with other big O tires! I wil definitely be a repeat customer. Matt deserves recognition for his phone and in person customer service.

Everything went very smoothly. They didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t want to or need. Overall a very good experience and I will be back.

Need a control arm/ball joint replaced. Dropped off the night before my appointment and it was ready the next day as promised. Cody and staff are always super nice and very professional.

The store employees were awesome. These guys were quick with my truck and super helpful. The website has major issues. My appointment did not show up until nearly an hour after my arrival time. The tires I wanted were NOT in stock at the location like the website said. When I arrived at the store however I spoke with the guys there, they informed me of on hand tires and the manager actually drove to the warehouse to get the tires I chose and brought them to the shop in order to give me same day service. The store location 5 stars. The website gets two thumbs down.

Started working with Brian Hargrove initially before I returned today. Brian was very helpful and friendly during our interactions. When I returned to complete the service I waited with the car and had the pleasure of speaking with James Blakeney who provided excellent conversation about cars during my wait. Made for a highly satisfying experience.
