I walked in to this store last minute for a set of 4 tires, as a student I worried if I will be paying too much!! Gibe always there to help and explain the situation, great groupe of guys , very informative, excellent service and friendly,got me fixed up quickly and back on the road, guys thank you again

I had a wonderful experience with this location. They're lucky to have Kaylin working the desk because she was wonderful from the moment I walked in and very helpful and informative and transparent with me as far as everything that needed to get done on my vehicle. I was able to wait for my oil change and was in and out in a timely manner and will definitely be returning for my next visit.

All went well, they got the tiers that the manager got himself, for some reason didn't get on the truck from warehouse, time spent there was from 1:30 pm. To 5:30 pm. They where really busy All day, I understand , but all went well, Thanks

My car threw a code while traveling home from vacation. The dealership waved me off as a non-issue, but the staff at Big O listened and took great care of me and my car.

Gabe and his crew of Technicians were terrific. Got my new rear tires on in no time at all even though is was a late Friday afternoon. They were very helpful and the tires ran perfect in our surprise snow storm. Will definitely be back.

The service is exactly what I was looking for.

Service was wonderful! Only 1 small complaint. Tire pressure in fixed tire was 5 lbs low. Light stayed on until my husband added air to the tire about 30 minutes after I got home.

Daniel was very friendly. Thomas work very hard. Everyone work hard and got me in and out quick and fast.

Got a nail in my tire at the end of the day right before closing. They fit me in right away. Able to head off to my daughter's graduation this morning! Thank you.
