They were very quick to swap my rims and install my tires. I didn't know I needed new lug nuts and they let me know what I needed for them to continue with the install. Very quick and informative.

Mr. Cash was as kind and personable as one a gentleman should be. He was clear and concise with the details of requested work. Had an issue with tires I had purchased from Big O at 119th and Metcalf. The manager offered no assistance in helping me. He was rude. Gabriel hung in for me until a positive resolution was obtained. It took over 2 months, but the end result was good

The manager did a great job of working us in and getting new tires before they closed. I was so appreciative of Coby’s help especially when they were short handed due to the 151st Street in Overland Park being closed (sign on the door after we drove to that location and found they were closed due to staffing issues).
