Mike was amazing. I was in dire need of a set of 4 tires. I called a few places and he was the only one who had available times that day. Although they didn’t have my first choice product in stock, Mike suggested a better tire at a lesser price since it was buy 3 get one free. He also phoned me to let me know an alignment was necessary and completed that as well. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he explained in detail how to fill up the tires without causing further damage to the pressure sensors. This was all done late afternoon to closing time. I really appreciated Mikes help, expertise, patience and professionalism with me.

Appreciate the honest opinion and recommendations for service. I feel they could of only offered a new tire vs a tire repair. Will definitely use again when tires need to be replaced.

We dropped our vehicle off, but we had to wait for our vehicle the wait time was what they said it would be because they called us in the amount of time they said it would take to be completed.

I am a regular customer of the Big O Store on 151st and Metcalf in OP KS! They have regularly provided great service while working on three of my vehicles. However, on Christmas Eve Day, this year, I have to say it was maybe the best repair visit ever! Troy greeted me and handled all scheduling, repair and close out like a pro. I have the benefit of meeting the mechanic, Mike, who did an excellent job on the work. They were in the Christmas spirit even though they had to work and I appreciated their professionalism and care!

I was losing air in my tire. An attendant checked and found a nail, which he repaired. The next day I had to return because the computer showed a low tire again. However, the attendant checked the air pressure and found it to be normal. He quickly realized that when I had my tires rotated a couple of weeks previously at another tire store, they had failed to adjust the sensors. After adding air to the tire that was low, I was on my way with no recurring problems. Both times I received the friendliest and most professional assistance I have ever had. I definitely recommend them!

What bigger compliment could I give Mr. Travis Lafever and Big O Tires than he probably saved my wife's life. I took my wife's car to Big O to have the transmission fluid flushed and the oil changed. As the crew inspected the tires on my wife's car, they saw that the two front tires were essentially bald, but only in the middle of each front tire. Obviously, this is our family's fault for not rotating the tires on a regular basis. Travis brought me out into the shop to see and inspect the bald front tires. This wasn't observed by me previously, because the outside treads had not worn at all and I thought all was OK, but this really reinforces the fact that tires need to be rotated regularly, and that, if you don't, you will lower the expected life of the tire by about one-third to one-half. In our case, it was one-third of the life of the tire, since we got 40,000 miles out of tires that were rated for 60,000 miles, all because we were negligent with tire rotation. The 2 completely bald front tires were replaced, and I credit Travis for saving my wife's life or perhaps both of our lives by such a thorough and complete inspection of our car. This was not about an intentional "upsell' or "upcharge"; rather, this was about good quality workmanship and concern for the customer's safety. Thank you Travis.
