My tire picked up two nails. I made it to big o before completely flat on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy with appointments. However since I purchased the tires there they repaired the tire and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Thank you Big O

when I went in to get an estimate on tires, I got a printed estimate listing all expenses and all the extras that I would get. The balancing and rotation were an extra I did not expect to get. I watched the techs do the tire job and were impressed with the professionalism they showed. It was a great experience.

I trust this shop, have never had any pressure for any non required service. The are careful to "recommend" additional service, but no pressure. This time, a simple oil change, yet the technician, on his own, solved a simple idle issue (on his own). I trust these guys.

I’m a single mother and it’s very stressful when my vehicle breaks down. I’ve had many terrible experiences working with other mechanics. I will always recommend this location to anyone but especially to my female friends. Micah and Mike have always been very professional, trustworthy and informative.

Making the appointment was easy. Micha looked at all the ways to save me money and helped with the rebates that were available for use. I have worked with him on my other cars and come back to Big O because of him and the staff. They are excellent.

Did a great job and on time

I was able to watch Mike work on my vehicle. I thought that he was very diligent, and efficient. I also appreciated the fact that while my vehicle was being worked on one of the employees went and grabbed the calipers so that they could be installed. The building was very clean. All of the technicians didn’t rush any of their work and made sure that everything was done right the first time. After my vehicle was done being serviced, I really appreciated the fact that Mike took it around the parking lot to make sure that nothing else was wrong. I will definitely return.
