Had me in and out at the quoted time. Oil change, tire rotatation, and fluid flush in about one hour. Great service from Travis and everyone else at Big O!

I had an emergency as my headlight went out in my daughter’s car she’s a doctor and very busy I wanted to find a location that would replace all the bulbs and had a very tight two hour window the staff was able to accommodate my request to get me out of there in two hours at a great price and was very professional service I’ll be a customer for life

They provided emergent help and did an analysis that quickly helped us get back on the road. Then we were told the service was free of charge--most appreciated--leading us to want to come back for our future needs.

Troy and Mike at the 151st St store in KS were fast, knowledgeable, kind, and honest about my car and the services they would provide. They were upfront about prices on services and did not try to upsell me on anything or add anything I didn't need. I went in thinking I had an array of things wrong with my car that I was going to pay a decent amount for, but after spending a max of 30mins, I was told that my car was fine and they wouldn't be charging me a penny. (Honda was going to charge me $150+ for everything I wanted to do.) I really appreciated the fact that they didn't take advantage of me and that they wanted to fix the problem at hand, and Mike even looked up on his personal phone an factory issue my car is known to have because he didn't know about it and wanted to find a solution to fix it instead of me handing Honda $3000 to take care of it. It was my first time in, but as long as they are dedicated to helping their customers, I will continue to go back. Give Troy and Mike a raise!

Mike did a great job. Very quick and professional.

I came in with a leaking tire. A screw was found, tire was fixed, and I was off and ready to go faster than I ever thought was going to be possible. I had not originally purchased the tires here, but that did not matter in the way I was treated. That impressed me very much. I would surely believe that any purchase or service performed here would be supported should something need to be fixed down the road.
