Recently I took my 2014 Kia Forte to Big O Tire due to a flat tire. I had driven on that tire for some time without knowing it until the Saturday it went completely flat. I ruined the tire in the process. The tire was a Yokohoma purchased at the car dealers and Big O didn't have one. I called the dealer and was told they had a tire but it would be 5 o'clock before they could get to it. It was 11 o'clock at that time. I went to the dealers and bought a tire and brought it back to Big O to mount and install. Big O went out of their way to help me and I appreciate their kindness.

We have issues with tires purchased from another location and we trying to get issues resolved due to highly defected tires and we can’t seem to get the other location to switch out tires when it less than 6 months. This store 016009 location were able to detect problems with tires and recognize it a tires were defected and offered options to have problems fix. So far, this location seem to have right resources to figure out the issues. But, have to spend additional costs. If other location has done proper recommendations tires for the vehicle. We wouldn’t have to be in this situation plus hassles and additional expenses.

Great guys great job

I went to a different Big O store & I don’t know what the problem was-they were “unable” to get the filter for my car. I called & checked this store before scheduling my appointment. They had the filter on the shelf so I don’t know what kind of issue the other store had. I won’t recommend that store but the one on Neman will get my business and my recommendations.

I had a flat Saturday late evening after waiting 3 hrs and 45 minutes to have tires rotated and balanced at Walmart. Bad weather was 100% Sunday, a white out blizzard, and I was driving on a donut. I have 18" tires and they are hard to find. I was so thankful to get a new tire as the weather was getting very bad.

Bathroom was nasty!

I had an emergency need due to a nail in my tire. I was given a very accurate wait time estimate with updates as it was found that my simple issue was in a location and a bigger service and purchase were needed. I was given options for my tire purchase and felt that my needs were very well met. The advice was experienced and there was attentive accommodation to fix my more involved issue so I could return to work.

I was quite pleased with the assistance I received with my flat tire.
