Did a good job on time and clean drive.

I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change. The clerk told me that the oil filter was not in stock. So Jacob and the clerk topped off my oil with 2 quarts of oil and inflated my tires to the proper level. They were very quick. They recommended that I go to another Big O Tires because that location is closing at the end of the month. The 2 gentlemen were kind and professional. I will definitely get my car serviced at another Big O Tires. Thank you both for your help!

The service was terrific. Unlike regular repair shops, Big O Tires enjoys their work and lets you know what deals they have. They care about your circumstances and can understand when things don't go your way. They let you see what's wrong with your car, what you can do to fix it, and how they can help you. Whether its price dates or simply regular advice. They are friendly, helpful, smart, and very good at their jobs. I would highly recommend it!

Nolan is nice and fast

They have a new manager that is interested in getting your car fixed correctly, and for the right price. The last manager at this location ($ Months ago) gouge me for a set of brake rotors I did not need. He claimed there was metal on metal. I looked at the rotors AFTER they were replaced, and lo and behold, they were within specs. The new manager, and his new assistant actually got my car fixed, (Wobbly front end during braking) that had just started. They added wheel weights, and balanced the tires, and changed the oil, all within an hour. SO yes, I would definitely recommend them
