major regular maintenance and replacement was due and needed on my 2009 vehicle. Mechanic at this location is outstanding and did an excellent job. Quality work and good customer treatment. While waiting I saw all other customers treated honestly and with a friendly attitude.

Corporate BIG O let's these poor men suffer every day, without help. They can't even take appointments anymore. It's just: 1st come, 1st serve...we'll get to yuo when we get to you. But it's not their fault at all. One check-in guy is at the desk....rotating between helping customers & doing services, and another mechanic is in the shop...helping wherever & whenever he can. And both have very positive attitudes for their situations. I am disappointed in Big O & intend to spread these poor business practices far & wide, and furthermore, help these two find better jobs, where they are paid well & appreciated for what they're worth.

I requested that the brakes on our 2009 Toyota Camry be checked and expected that front and rear might need to be replaced. I was advised that a brake fluid flush was all that was needed. I have had similar previous experiences at this Big O store where I thought more expensive work might be required and the staff recommended only the repairs or maintenance necessary.

They got me on short notice, pointed a few other issues, fixed what I needed and got me back on the road.

I had a nail in my tire and showed up at Big O Tires because it was my closest option! I was greeted immediately and they took my keys from me and literally ran out to get my car in before the tire was completely flat! I wasn't even charged for them to patch my tire and I was on my way out in less than 20 minutes!!! What could have been a horrible long day, turned Into a not so bad hiccup! I was so pleased with this service that I have told everyone I know to use Big O Tires, seriously the best service I have had since moving to KC area on anything!!

Hit something on my way to work. I brought my tire in to have it fixed. I was notified that they could not fix it because it was in the sidewall. They did not have the exact tire but found one at another store. I had my tire back on my vehicle and was on the road by the end of my work day. It was great service.

I needed new tires for my Jaguar. I called and talk to the gentleman on the phone. He was able to look my 1996 XJR Jaguar up and found two different types of tires I can get. He recommend since I don't drive the car in the winter to go with the performance tires Nitto. I told him I would talk to my wife about that. I called back the next day and told them I was going with the Nitto Tires. They ordered them period that came in the next day. I was able to drive up there at 4 p.m. and wait for my car while they put the tires on. They did an awesome job period and very helpful. I would definitely go back.

I called to make an appointment and the man that answered was very courteous. When I arrived they were having a problem with the register, I was greeted and He apologized for the delay. Courteous and helpful staff is appreciated, I received it here as did others who came in after me. There was even a problem with a NBT battery that they were able to resolve for another customer.

Nolan & Jake are very friendly, helpful and explain repairs needed & not needed very well.
