Jake was my service tech. He took he time to show me what was going on with the front end of my vehicle. Jake was excellent!

They were able to get me in right away. Communicated all of the issues in plain talk and were able to finish everything in one day. Very Pleased.

I had a scheduled appointment today at Big O Tires in Shawnee, KS. Their tire tech did not arrive to work and no one was available to work on my vehicle. They offered to reschedule my appointment. I declined. I’ll never return to that location. I contacted Nolan at Big O Tires in Lenexa, KS. He had the tires in stock, got my vehicle in and returned the vehicle to me the same day. He was courteous, professional and worked hard to get my vehicle ready to go. I’ll be back to the Lenexa location. Thank you, Nolan!

I got extremely lucky in that a master mechanic was not busy at the time and he chose to help out by installing my new battery. That is customer service.

My wife and I were traveling and stayed overnight in the Kansas City area only to find a flat tire in the morning. I put the spare tire on and we found a Big O store near us. They helped us solve our problem and got us back on the road. The staff was great and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent place!! I was in a jam and needed a new battery and alternator ASAP. These guys got me in and out in 3 hours on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. The manager and mechanic that worked with me are exceptional!!

There are two men at this location who suffer every single day because they are not given any help from corporate. They have the most wonderful attitudes for the position that they are put in. It is absolutely disgusting that Big O does this to their employees. Thank God that you have these two men who are providing exceptional customer service, regardless of their circumstances.
