I got my car towed here 20 mins before closing and Jacob offered to start on my car anyway. Nolan was kind as well. :)

Nolan explained in detail the part that had to be replaced on my oil filter housing.

Christmas Eve and I needed to get a new tire. One big O store directed me to this one because of staffing, that was impressive. This store was fantastic. Friendly and kind on the holiday.

Nolan mason was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

I got right in, no wait time. They rotated my tires and did a great job. Made sure the air was correct, etc.

I really enjoyed all of the help and professionalism from Nolan. He did a great job helping with my vehicle, and he was very pleasant overall! Definitely an extremely hard worker.

Time was quick and efficient. I was offered a suggestion of battery replacement upon the next visit.

The gentleman that assisted me in getting my tires rotated and balanced was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He was able to quickly assist and give me helpful and useful information for the future for maintaining my car's tire longevity. This gentleman was very personable as well. I mentioned that my spouse is active duty, and he mentioned his family's past with the military. I felt welcomed, taken care of, and I trust the service I received at this Big-O location.

I had nothing but fast and courteous service from my first phone call to schedule an oil change to the check out process at the end. Best Big O store I've found so far in the Kansas City area. I was able to schedule an appointment on my first try without being put on endless hold. The next day my appointment could not have gone faster or smoother. I was in and out of the shop in an hour for an oil change, tire repair, and tire rotation. AND at such a reasonable price!! It was well worth the extra drive to get to this shop and I'll return here for my next oil change. I bypassed the closest Big O north of me on Wornall. They are the worst. Terrible communication, apathetic customer service interactions, incomplete to wrong information. I do not recommend that shop.

They looked over the front end, called with the results and estimate. I agreed they got the new brakes and tire on by 1 PM. Thanks

I scheduled an appointment at the Big O location on 118th and Black Bob in Olathe, KS 8/25/2022. When I showed up for my appointment, they said that they don’t honor Enterprise Rental oil changes, after just telling me that they do. Nolan and his mechanic pushed me in and got me taken care of when I showed up.

I went there for two new tires and an oil change I don't have an appointment and the guy said that it would be a couple of hours. They got it done in an hour and a half.
