I took my car to Midas and was very disappointed at first with the problem with the license plates lights that I paid for and still did not work. I called back and spoke with a guy name Terrell (and I hope I spelled it right). This GUY WAS AWESOME. i am

The over all service that was performed I will be returning to replace two front tires this Saturday and a wheel alignment

The staff was incredibly respectful and pleasant. They met outside to introduce themselves and shake hands, and their overall attitude was positive and friendly. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and were happy to do it, and provided us with great service and great prices.

I had called around to several places asking for quotes. When I called this location, I spoke to an associate named Joe who was by far the most helpful and friendliest person I had spoken to all day. I've been going through an incredibly difficult time and was only trying to get my car serviced now that I was finally able to afford it. I told Joe what I for sure needed and what I might possibly need, and he listened attentively and provided me with options and told me about some coupons that were a big help to me. I would have chosen this location based on my interaction with Joe alone, but the competitive pricing was icing on the cake. The music the technicians were listening to in the shop was also really good so it made my wait time fly by. 1000000/10 I will be coming back here for all my services in the future. A huge thank you to Joe for treating me like a human and not just another service or an inconvenience. I really really needed that.
