Big O Tires

I needed a tire repaired I left it off overnight and they repaired it and remounted it with no charge since i purchased the tire there. Thanks Big O

Walked in looking for Info on new tires, never once felt any pressure to buy. Everything was explaining to me on how my tires were wearing and what my best replacement value for what I currently had on the vehicle and what my needs were

I was offered several options on new tires for my vehicle and they were installed quickly and then the truck was aligned. I stopped back today and they re-torqued the lug nuts which were the instructions which I appreciated. The store has fixed some leaks for us a few times for free, so I thought you deserved some paying business at least once and I feel like I got a good deal on the tires.

They went above what I had requested to get done at no charge

Service was completed quickly. I also went in expecting them to say they could not repair and that replacement was the only option. Was pleased that they did do the repair job.

Shawn was very professional from the start. I came back to them to work on my brakes after I had my tires done months ago. Took a little longer than anticipated but had to wait for parts to come in but I was okay with it as I wasn’t it much of a hurry. They have been good to me and others that I will always try and persuade others to go to Shawn.

I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong store but it was no problem and they squeezed me in.
