Process was quick and easy to schedule the appointment online. The staff in the store were supper friendly. Dropped the car off in Altoona on the way out to another appointment in West Des Moines and the car was ready for pick up on the way back through town.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for service and tires for 10 years and have never been disappointed. Honesty has been hard for me to come by in the repair business. These folks have never steered me wrong. We were recommended a possible repair at our last visit, several techs looked at it today and agreed there wasn't anything wrong with the part so they didn't charge us for it. We have had several sets of tires recommended and installed at this location and all sets have lived up to the recommendation. Thank you for your honesty and friendliness, couldn't recommend enough!

Made the process of getting tires extremely easy. Made the appointment for Monday and tire ended up blowing before then and they squeezed me in and had everything done in a matter of hours. Very straight to the point and helpful!
