Really nice customer service!!

There are several places we could go for our maintenance that are the same price/distance as Big O. We continue to go to Big O for the quality customer service. We have been able to rely on the same persons up front for several years now and trust they are taking care of us and our vehicles.

Very satisfied with the service received. My tire was damaged beyond repair and the team found a matching replacement tire at another location, had it delivered and installed in about an hour. I couldn't have asked for more.

It was a busy morning at the store when I first stopped and didn't want to wait, but put my name in the "que" ran some errands and came back from them with time to spare before the time they estimated that I could be worked in. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Very friendly and quick! Squeezed me in for an oil change when they were already booked, was expecting to wait 3hrs but they called me within 40 minutes

I had an emergency do to an accident on the ice. I had 2 tires replaced that had been damaged. in the accident. I had a delivery to make that was in my van so i needed the van back quickly so i could finish the delivery 200 miles away. Thank you Big O and staff for the rush to get me back on the road!!!

I came in with a code for a service that was in what I would call mid range guesstimate based on a lot of research on ranges and averages and took into account how everything has become more expensive to get needed parts. To my surprise what they got was much less expensive but also nice to see. They are a great team.
