Big O Tires

I needed a tire repaired. Service was fast and efficient.

Friendly workers, had a appointment in one day. Had the tires the next day. Kept me informed if I needed alignment on my truck.

During this uneasy time in our history and tensions running high I was treated well and felt that they cared even though it was just a tire repair and rotation.

They got it in, even though it got hauled in and fixed it (luckily this wheel wasn't as bad as the last time) and I had it back the same day.

Anytime I need an oil change all I do is call set up an appointment and show up the next day. I'm in and out in no time with a free tire rotation as well. The staff is great at the Altoona location.

The associates made this experience easy as pie for me. As a business owner, time is money! They started the service on time, and had me back on the road and back to business quick! Friendly atmosphere, friendly people! Thank you!!!

In and out quickly

I called with a need I was told I could get right in so I went to the service center. I was checked in immediately and they began working on my car, they fixed my tire and I was on my way. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

I had a bigger issue with my car than expected. I was busy at work when they called and told them my warranty information was in my glove box. They called the warranty company got everything set up, got my car fixed and me on my way!!! Great customer service! Thank you Dave and Shawn!

I walked in for possible tire repair. I had previously went to Walmart but wanted a second opinion. They confirmed it was not repairable, showed me the metal shard that was in it, and explained why it couldn't be repaired. Which Walmart didn't do. Then they were able to assist with getting new tires for car. It was a very nice place with a nice and pleasant staff.

found a bead seal leak and quickly corrected the problem Thank You Big O. Since we bought the tires there was no charge!
