I had a flat while traveling across the state. I was referred to Big O Tires by a friend that lived in the area and when I called they were able to confirm they had the same tire in stock, they were able to get me in right away, and instead of replacing the tire they were able to repair it.

They make getting your car serviced easy and painless .. Bill is the best in the industry.

Warranty with tires

I was in a pickle, had a flat tire on my trailer on the interstate, got tire off went to Big O in Ankeny, told them my predicament, they had me on the road in 20 min. This on a busy Saturday. Great job.

Very friendly and very quick got me right in

The manager got me right in for a tire patch, only took an hour and a half. Other tire places were quoting 2 days great job guys

They all did a great job. I'll be back to get the tires rotated and get an alignment. By the way, question 4 did not Indicate if 1 was best or 5 was best. I picked 5 as best. Hope that was correct.

I had ordered the wrong size tires online. They caught it and got me the correct size on the same day. They had not sold this item before, so they gave me an invoice two days later so I could apply for a tire rebate. Had my tires changed and realigned in less than 2 hours. Amazing
