I was in Ames, IA, dropping my son to IA State for the new year. I woke in the morning to find one of my tires had lost a lot of pressure. Nowhere in Ames was available due to everyone moving their children in. I was recommended to visit this location, just about 20 miles away. I was worried, as I had to go to Columbia, MO, to help my other son move into his apartment, and did not want to drive on a leaking tire. The team was fantastic. They under promised and overdelivered! I was ready to go within an hour--and I had not booked an appointment but just turned up. Shawn Venenga, store manager, and Austin Stroud, service advisor, made me immediately comfortable. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. I was on the road quickly. Sean, the Service Manager, was extremely helpful on the phone prior to my appointment date and time. I told him what my needs are and based on my own research his recommendation was one of my top 3. He was very professional and yet he was crazy busy. Very satisfied with everything.

Service was great. Had an appointment & was in & out in a short amount of time. Fast service & nice friendly people.

Didn't have an appointment and walked in and had front end alignment and walked out with 45 minutes. Customers service was very good not only with me others as well, had everything under control as far as who was nexted and what service order went with who when completed.

Needed a screw removed from my tire[ 3 mos. old car] and have the damage repaired. 2 other places in town were either short staffed or used the upcoming 4th of July as an excuse why they couldn't help me out in an unexpected emergency. Needed it fixed so I could attend an out of town wedding. Thank you Luke for genuine customer concern and attention. It did not go unnoticed , as I recently retired from 39 years of retail. You will be highly recommended to family and friends.
