Great communication in letting us know we may want to choose a different product based on our preferences. Also took the time to check out a noise coming from the muffler and provide us with the information even though it wasn’t something they were able to fix currently.

I can't say enough good things about Big O in Ankeny. I stopped in to get the air checked in my tires, they found a nail and patched it on the spot at closing time! What a great bunch of guys! FREE too!

I picked up a nail in my passenger side front tire the night before when I got off at 3:30 AM I noticed the tire was low and came into big or the following morning with no appointment Jose and staff got me in immediately got my tire fixed and out on the road in no time at all

I called first thing in the morning and asked them if they had an opening for an oil change and a good once over on the vehicle they told me to bring it on over I dropped it off and went back to work in less than an hour I got the phone call saying that they looked over the car and found the rear stabilizer link bushing were bad and before I could ask how much they explained everything to me on price wise and availability on everything I asked do you have time today to get it done by 4 and they told me no problem. It was great I will be coming back.

Took car in for a slow leak. Mechanic discovered brake issues (Rachel thought brakes were acting weird). They were able to replace brakes same day.
