When they called to confirm my appointment he let me know so that the tire I wanted was out of stock but took the time to let me know of another tire that was close to the one I wanted. When I go the the store he told me of my options and o was very pleased. I got 4 new tires and I only thought I was gonna be able to afford 2. Extremely happy thank you so much.

I purchase tires a couple years ago and with a busy life I appreciated the text reminding to get my tires rotated only thing is I always have to tell them to reset my tires to match my car computer he said it automatically does never has on my vehicle and I didn’t know that was a thing

Big O is always there when I need them. My van was towed there and they got me right in and fixed the problem.

I had a file stuck in the sidewall of a tire and when I entered the reception of the primary individual was welcoming. He explained there was a replacement tire at another store in the area, I left the tire, and when work was complete was called to install the new tire. The whole time I was kept informed, all questions were answered and the service was all completed to my satisfaction. Outstanding service!
