Big O Tires

It was decent other than the fact that they didn't rotate the tires like I asked them to do. So now I have to take time out of anther day to come back so they can do what they were supposed to do the first time.

Always treated great! Great people! Great prices and great selection of tires and the services I need.

Ruined my tire and offered no help in getting it fixed.

Logan is the man! Was able to help me out of a jam, got my tire replaced same day. Thanks again, will definitely return for future tire needs. Logan did a great job, very informative, and was there to make a sale. Painless, no B.S. transaction.

Service was great as always. Very disappointed that a hundred dollar oil change does not include topping off windshield washer fluid. Little things keep customers coming back

They did a great job on my old car keeping it running like new.

I brought my Mom's Lexus RX 350 there to buy 4 new tires in Dec. 2018. After I got the car home I forgot to look over the car wheels till we got home from Tennessee early in 2019. 3 of the factory valve stems were gone, one was replaced with a generic black cap. And one center mag axle cap was missing. I called this store and they said they would call me back if they found the Lexus center cap & the 3 other cable stem caps. Never heard from them again. They also scratched 3 of my Mom's factory mags at the outer rims and scratched one rim near the lug nuts near the theft-proof nut is located. A tire shop is supposed to use soft touch no-scratch equipment on mags. This place did not. I will never buy anything else from this location. If you drive a Lexus, stay away from this place too.

(Late review.) I would normally rate you guys as outstanding. On this trip to you guys, I was not impressed. I wanted an oil change, transmission fluid check and 1 tire looked at. That is it.... My tires were rotated for free without asking me if I wanted them to be. Ever since then, my truck has not been riding correctly. Also- when I left, I noticed something wrong with my breaks. I HAD NONE! I had to pull into the Target parking lot. Upon further inspection, my driver side break line blew. (To no fault to Big O Tires.) It had been rubbing for some time and finally gave out upon looking at it. My thing is, how did one of your workers not notice all the fluid leaking out? Not notice I didn't have breaks after pulling my vehicle in and out of the building? I live an hour away and I had breaks the whole time. By then it was too late. I had a 3 o'clock appointment if I remember right. I got there about 2:45 or so. Oil change, transmission check and 1 tire looked at took us all the way to 5 o'clock. I did have 3 people ahead of me for tires. The wait didn't bother me as I didn't need to be anywhere. My whole thing is, if someone had seen my break line like it was, why didn't anyone say anything? It was quite obvious.

I don't plan on ever coming back to your store, even to get the two free oil changes you gave me. I don't feel they could do an oil change and not mess it up after everything they screwed up on my truck.

Was very comfortable, even if it was a little bit of a wait they made sure you felt at home! Definitely will be going back in the future.

I am very unhappy with the service I have received at this store. Besides the fact that I have had to return to get something fixed 3 (!!!) times, the last visit I left my car for 40 minutes, and when I came back, they had not even taken my car back. Besides the fact that I had scheduled an appointment. This was just the last straw. I am so dissatisfied that I will not be returning and I have started to tell my friends not to visit this store either. I have never been so upset as I am with the services that I have received at this store. I regret buying my tires here, as I will not be returning for the free tire rotations that I should receive from their purchase. I also regret allowing the mechanics to 'fix' the problem with my brakes. I have had continued problems from their 'fix', apparently this store is only good at replacing tires, and nothing else.

Great service!!

I sat at this store for 2.5 hours to get 2 tires changed...after sitting there for an hour they informed me that my tires weren't even at the store and someone still needed to go pick them up. When I finally got my car there were marks in my back seat like they set the rims inside of my car...I will never come back here and have already told others to not come back. Terrible customer service.
