I came in last Friday for an oil change and a tire rotation on my Impala, come to find out I needed all new shocks and struts all the way around due to tire wear. The car rides so much better!!!!! A++++ goes to Bill, Logan and Doug for their expertise and hospitality. I also want to give a warm thanks to the guys in the shop, for taking care of me. Customer for life!!!!

I have had the same tire in 4 times and it still leaks air. They always say they fixed it. I think it the tires that they put on because the other 2 never leak at all. Ankeny is a way better store than altoona... altoona store broke off one of my tire pressure sensors and just put in a valve stem to replace it saying it's not there problem. I will never do business with altoona again.

Josh was wonderful to keep us posted on progress of the fix, however they could not solve the tire pressure monitor issue. A new monitor was installed, but less than 20 miles down the road it came back on. We had a total of 2 tire pressure monitors installed, however I had to go to Bob Brown Chevy in Urbandale, IA to get the issue corrected.

First a little context about the comment; I purchase 4 new tires for an SUV. There are 3 rebates within the purchase; an in-store "instant" rebate, a rebate from the tire manufacturer and a rebate for the use of the Big O credit card. The in-store rebate was not applied and I did not notice that until I got home (my bad). I returned and I was assured a credit would be applied and a receipt would be emailed to me. On Monday I returned and expected the credit to be applied to the Big O credit card. This task was completed after 55 minutes. My issue is with Jeff Schwab, the Owner and not with any single employee. The issue is that Jeff does not provide appropriate tool for the employee to do the job in a timely manner; 55 minutes to issue a credit, not timely at all. Specifically, the software you are using for the POS is outdated to say the least. Jeff, you really do need to provide better tools to allow your employees to provide better customer service.

I have a great time every time i go in this place!! A lot of laughs, tire talk( super swampers) a young guy named Ryan is outstanding!!!! Everyone is nice and funny! I look for reasons to come back.

First time going to this place and after leaving my van started leaking oil. I was supposed to be on the way to chicago and had to return to the place to have it fixed. Very inconvenient for me and my family. The gentleman was very apologetic and did return my money and fixed the problem but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Got two new tires and had them fix they're last oil change because it was leaking from them last time... still dripps..... I'll change my own from now on!!!!

I like the people who work at the store but the cleanliness is off. I have grease on my light passenger set and a big grease spot on my windows. Please invest in some plastic seat covers and have the technicians wipe their hands when moving the car. This is the second time I have had to clean the car after coming to your establishment.

The store apparently was not alerted to my online reservation. I had to follow up myself by phone, at which point the service I received was good. However, the website intimated that the tires were available, while the store employee wasn't sure they were (he later checked and found them at another local store). When I tried to apply for a Big O credit card for payment online, I was directed to call a number that repeatedly told me the application could not be processed. Store employees had no idea what to do about that even though the phone message I received directed me to speak to the store manager about my application. Store employees were persistent, though, and ultimately reached someone by phone that processed the application. This added an extra 30 minutes to my visit. The tire installation seems fine, but techs had no time to do an alignment, which I was not told until I asked. Despite all of these misfires, staff was very friendly and worked hard to address the shortcomings.
