Needed tires in a hurry and the guys stepped up!!Took great care of us, found what we needed even though it wasn't in stock, honored by budget!My only trouble was the air pressure in the tires was way off.Thankfully, that is an easy fix!!I will definitely be back!

I pulled in big o tires on a Wednesday around noon. I had a shredded tire on my trailer. Bill was great to deal with when i walking in the door, and very knowledgeable. The service gentleman that replaced my tire was very efficient and professional. They had the tire changed out in 15 minutes and i was back on my way. I was very impressed with the staff at big o tire and would highly recommend this company.

The service writers were very friendly, attentive and worked at a fast pace to provide timely service. The technician who serviced my car, oil change, however left a grease footprint on my floor mat and on the rug next to the mat. I will now need to shampoo that mat and rug. They need to put protective paper down on the floor to prevent this.

Bill did an amazing job getting my truck in and out in under the time that he quoted me, super nice guy, addressed my wife and I by first name. All around a great experience.

One of the most inexpensive tire stores in Ankeny! Coupled with great customer service (from Shawn), I was more than pleased with my experience. Shawn informed me that the pirelli tires I wanted were on a national three-week backorder, but he didn't leave it there. He quickly suggested another great brand I could consider and after doing my research, I went with his suggestion of the Nitto brand. Thanks Shawn! Now my vehicle feels great! Not to mention the free tire rotation I get from Big O Tires as long as I have those tires I bought from them. Way to go!

Big O in Ankeny is always friendly and courteous, with good service and very competitive prices. I was alerted to the fact that my tires were worn down during my visit for an oil change.

When I came in for an oil change/ check the health of my car things were good always say "Hi how are you!"�. Coming to pick up my vehicle was a different story. They had called to let me know my car was done and what they had found but didn't explain anything when I arrived to pick it up. When I entered one of the workers in the inside had their back to the door and never acknowledged that someone was inside. My vehicle was parked out in front but was left unlocked. Other than the ending of my service I'm always usually really happy with the care your team provides.

You were not my first stop of the day, but my last in search of tires. I was greeted as I entered the store. I explained what type of tire I was looking for. What driving conditions I have to drive in during winter months. I explained what I expected of the tires on my vehicle. I was not treated as "a dumb female" which is how I felt at my earlier stops. PLUS - I was given options. I'm very happy with my selection. My husband stated I chose wisely and he is going to stop by Friday after work to price tires for his vehicle. Additional PLUS - the alignment was checked on my warranted vehicle which had just come out of the dealership shop bay and found to be toeing out. I went back to have my warranty honored at the dealership even though the convenience and the price was reasonable at your shop.

Good Friendly staff Could have been more prompt, I had an appointment for an oil change and it seemed as if I was still first come first serve. But I was still seen in a somewhat timely manner.

every time I go to big o tire they are very friendly and the service is excellent.

Overall experience was good. I appreciate the safety of your customers by having them come back for a re-torque of the lugs but, I had to wait a half hour just to have them torqued and I had things to get to. I was told it would only be 5 minutes. please get more help at the ankeny store.

Was in town for three (3) days, and Bill was able to fit me in! Got a great price for four (4) new tires on my Mercedes ML350!

The service I received at the Ankeny location is by far much greater than the experience I have had at the Altoona location. I would not recommend the Altoona location to anyone.

I found a piece of metal in my tire early on a Saturday morning as I was getting ready to leave town. Big ) got me in first thing and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Very grateful for their fast and friendly service. Thanks.

Recommended by a friend to get my tire replaced. They were busy on a Saturday but my tire was replaced. They kept me informed every step, will go back when my tires need replaced next year.
