I seldom have an issue with getting my vehicles in to this facility. Even when not having an appointment, the staff tries to work me in as soon as possible, I am usually greeted with a smile (cha-ching-cha-ching). I trust that my concerns are justified with the services rendered. Knowledge of products and my car's needs are priorities. When not satisfied with a repair, the staff are willing to recheck and verify that the issue does get resolved. My one concern is the amount of time needed to complete the "known" task to meet my car's needs. It seems that I tend to "wait" a lot, and even when checking through the window which I think should be motivational for the service repair person, I have been given mostly excuses rather than reasons why a procedure is taking such a long time in my estimation. Grateful, yes for services rendered. Happy with the time it takes to complete a task, not always. And that is the only area where this facility needs shoring up in my experience as a customer, and boy do I have a lot of experience. Respectfully, Everett

I was driving through from out of state , with Big O tires from Colorado, about 300 miles from Des Moines area. We got a flat that would not hold air for more than 100 miles, stopped at this Big O, and in less than 1 hour, we were on our way with a new tire.... friendly people who stood behind the guarantee! This happened in April 2015.

I bought a tire for a spare and had it mounted to the rim. The issue I had was at checkout. It took an excessive amount of time because the employee helping us was also trying to help several other customers and employees at the same time. This made the checkout process very disorganized.

I like to go to Big O due to the staffs willingness to accomodate a person's busy schedule. Also, the knowledge seems very good, and I trust it. To date, the service quality and quality of tires purchased has been very good. At times the only thing that could be improved is the time it takes at the counter to either checked in or checked out. It seems like the computer system takes forever to process tickets, invoices, etc. Sometimes two people are involved with the same customer while multiple people are waiting.

Great store, great service, good prices, very helpful, will be my go to place for tires from now on. Used to go to a local competitor, no more. This place I didn't have to wait either

friendly atmosphere, got my tires and rims done quick!!! Had a nice talk with someone who worked there about tornadoes while i waited for my truck!!

The staff at the Ankeny branch was very friendly and kept me up to date on my repair throughout my visit.

The alinement machien was broke when i got new tires put on and got charged for an alinment last week. Shawn and his employees got my Tahoe right in today and did an alinement for me and made everything right. Thank you to Shawn's teem

Good experience

Very impressive service, will (and have already) recommend to friends and family. Got tired of trying to deal with Fleet Farm's and Walmart's slow and unresponsive service and was immediately rewarded by exuberant customer service. Good with suggestions but not too pushy and I was very pleased with the prices. Seemed at least as good as the bigger stores if not better.

Already have your credit card. Wasn't greeted at car because I dropped it off Sunday night. Still have an issue with you not providing a drop off box with envelopes. Not always able to get car there during business hours. The staff at the store were very welcoming, attentive, and eager to take care of us. I appreciate their respect for us wanting the most affordable option for an older vehicle. I appreciate them putting the spare back in the trunk, but it was upside down and we had to redo it. This and dropoff box are only reasons I rated 9 and 4s. I plan to contact this store again to work on yet another vehicle.

I had to have new tires on my car, months ago, and I kept waiting until I could afford them. When I finally called to make the appointment and discuss what I would be getting the way I was treated will forever be ingrained in my mind. The man I spoke with told me his daughter has the same vehicle as I and their price point was nearly the same, so he recommend tires, walked me through looking the brand up online, special ordered them, and explained the total cost. I appreciated the honest service and when the tires went on I drove off happy!
