Bill waas very polite and apologetic for running behind and taking longer than expected to repair my car.

Timely, very friendly. Good price for ties that were purchased. In and Out just about a hour for 4 tires, alienment and new wiper blades.

Final price was more than the quote. Otherwise everything was great. The tires are better than expected.

Dropped off vehicle at night after shop was closed. Expected you would have an after hours drop box with envelopes and pens. Fortunately I brought my own and left a note on windshield. Dropped off keys next morning. They had read note and knew why I was there. Appreciative of their working with us to minimize repair cost on an older vehicle we will not be keeping much longer. Already have credit card, my wife said they didn't offer alignment.

I went in because my front brakes needed to be repaired immediately. So, they started working immediately on my vehicle. I told them I would need financing through Snap first. They said they would start working on it first, then get me qualified. The gentleman didn't try qualifying me until all the work was done. I was denied. I had to call my father in law to help me, because they wouldn't let me take my vehicle until I paid $312. I didn't have that. So, snap is in my father in law's name for about $1350 when they should not have started the work until I was qualified for sure.

Always a friendly experience at Big O!

They put 3 of one size tire on and one of another, of course wasn't notice until I got. Called and stopped the next to fix problem. The manager was very upset that it left the shop that way. No refund/discount or compensation was offer for my second trip and their mistake though. Overall it was great service though.
